Terms

You MUST be over the age of 21 to place any order with Tree Club. If you are between the age of 18-21 years old, you MUST be able to present a valid medical recommendation card. Your name MUST be legible and the medical recommendation card can not be expired.

The individual placing the order must be the one receiving it. You MAY NOT place orders on behalf of someone else.

Upon your order’s arrival Tree Club employee may request to see your ID for identification purposes. If you are between the age of 18-21 years old, Tree Club employee may request to see your valid medical recommendation card. Failure to comply with Tree Club employee’s request to show your ID or the valid medical recommendation card may result in your order’s cancelation.

Upon arrival, Tree Club employee will wait for you for no more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes Tree Club employees are instructed to leave and your order will be canceled. You must then call our office and place the order again. Please note, that this may result in an additional delivery fee.

We do not accept any transactions over the phone or online. Tree Club reserves the right to refuse service at any point to anyone.

Deals and Promotions

All deals are subject to expiration. Contact the Tree Club to find out expiration dates.

Deals that grant you the same item for free or as a gift for more then once per sale may not be combined. Contact the Tree Club to learn more about deals that cannot be combined.

When Your Order Arrives

Tree Club employee will text or call you, once with an ETA and second time upon arrival.

Tree Club employees only wait for 15 minutes (see Terms and Conditions for details).

Safety

At Tree Club we take the safety of our customers and our employees extremely seriously. We ask that you follow instructions below to ensure your and our employee’s safety .

When you approach the vehicle you MUST do so from the front passenger side window.

When you approach the vehicle you MUST present your self to the Tree Club employee and be alone. Tree Club employees reserve the right to leave if their vehicles are approached by a group of people.

Tree Club does not permit their employees to leave their vehicles.

Tree Club does not permit their employees to come to your residence’s or business’s door.

Tree Club does not permit their employees to let customers enter their vehicles.

Tree Club does not permit their employees to give customers rides.
